摘要
为了实现对电气设备的远程、实时、在线的红外温度图像和可见光图像监测,设计并实现了双通道系统。给出了以红外传感器和可见光电荷耦合器件(CCD)为核心器件的系统总体方案,描述了变电站端监测系统的具体硬件组成和工作原理,采用面向对象的思想和模块化程序设计开发了系统的服务器端软件及客户端软件,研究了基于傅里叶变换的红外与可见光图像的自动匹配方法及工程上易实现的手动匹配方法。该系统实现了对电气设备的双通道图像的远程、实时、在线监测,可及时发现设备外部问题以及过热、环境问题。现场运行表明,该系统稳定可靠、效果良好。
The dual-channel system is designed and developed for realizing remote, real-time and on-line monitoring of the power equipment' s visible image and infrared temperature information. The general scheme for a system with the infrared sensor and visible light CCD sensor as the key devices is designed according to the actual demand of on-line monitoring for the power equipment in a substation. The specific hardware composition of the equipment monitoring system is given and its working principle is described. By using the object-oriented and modularized programming method, the server-side software and client- side software are developed. Furthermore, the infrared and visible images automatic matching method based on Fourier transform and the manual matching method easy to implement in engineering are studied. With the implementation of remote, real-time and on-line dual-channel image monitoring for the power equipment, the external and overheating problems of equipment can be discovered in time. Of high economic benefit and engineering value, this system is stable and reliable as shown by its on-the-spot operation.
