摘要
采用三层共挤吹塑法制得薄膜,研究了表层中高密度聚乙烯(PE HD)/低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)共混比例、各种添加剂对薄膜与轮胎生胶片之间的剥离及生胶保鲜状况的影响,探讨了芯层中再生料、填料添加量等对薄膜强度的影响。结果表明,表层用 PE-HD 与 PE-LD 按1/1到2/1比例共混,再添加1.5%~2.0%(质量分数,下同)的防黏母料及3.0%~3.5%的抗紫外线母料,芯层用30%高强度的茂金属聚乙烯掺混20%线形低密度聚乙烯、40%再生料及10%填充料.可以生产出同时具有隔离、保鲜功能且成本低的轮胎生胶片隔离保鲜专用膜。
The protecting film for raw rubber sheets was prepared via three-layer co-extrusion blowing. PE-HD/PE-LD (1/1 to 2/1 ) containing 1.5 %--2.0 % antiblock agent and 3.0 %-3.5 % anti-UV agent were used in the skin layer. The core layer was composed of metallocene PE, PE-LLD, recycled PE, and filler at weight ratios of 30/20/40/10. The obtained protecting film possessed excellent barrier properties,
