摘要 运用刚果红试纸法、热烘箱老化实验法和流变仪试验,以硬脂酸锌作对比,对甘油锌配合物(简称甘油锌)用作聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的热稳定作用进行了研究,并对甘油锌的复配进行了研究;还研究了稳定剂对 PVC 耐候性的影响。结果表明,甘油锌与硬脂酸钙在质量比为1.0/1.5时具有较好的协同作用,甘油锌/硬脂酸钙与环氧大豆油和亚磷酸三苯酯质量比为1.0/1.5/0.2/0.2时有较好的协同效应;所研究的甘油锌/硬脂酸钙复合热稳定剂对PVC 具有较好的热稳定作用,PVC 与复合热稳定剂质量比为100.0/2.9时,PVC 的刚果红试验热稳定时间达25 min、热烘老化试验热稳定时间达130 min。另外,研究发现环氧大豆油和亚磷酸三苯酯对硬脂酸锌/硬脂酸钙复合热稳定剂也有较好的协同效应。 Comparing with zinc stearate, the thermal and weather stabilization effect of glyzinc compound (glyzinc for short) for PVC was investigated by Gongo red, heating aging, and rheometer experiments. The synergistic effect of glyzinc compounding with epoxy soybean oil and triphenyl phosphite was investigated. When the weight ratio of glyzinc compounding, calcium stearate, epoxy soybean oil, and triphenyl phosphite was 1.0/1.5/0.2/0.2, and the loading of the compound stabilitizer in PVC was 2.9 phr, excellent thermal stabilization was obtained. In addition, the synergistic effect among zinc stearate, calcium stearate, epoxy soybean oil, triphenyl phosphite was also observed.
