摘要
介绍了10,10′-(5H,5′H)-双螺磷杂吖嗪氯化物作为阻燃剂的理论依据、制备方法,采用均匀试验设计方法探讨了10,10′-(5H,5′H)-双螺磷杂吖嗪氯化物在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)中作为阻燃剂的阻燃特性,用 SPSS 统计软件对其力学性能影响因素和氧指数进行了回归分析。结果表明,当 ABS/10,10′-(5H,5′H)-双螺磷杂吖嗪氯化物/氢氧化铝质量比为100/22/18时,复合材料的拉伸强度为32.80 MPa,冲击强度为24.7 kJ/m^2,缺口冲击强度为9.02 kJ/m^2,氧指数为26.1%;水平燃烧等级达到Ⅰ级;垂直燃烧等级达到 FV-0级。实验表明10,10′-(5H,5′H)-双螺磷杂吖嗪氯化物具有理想的阻燃特性,综合性能较好。
effects on regressive A flame retardant, 10,10′-(5H,5′H)-spirobiphenophosphazinium chloride was prepared, its the flame retardance and mechanical properties of ABS/Al(OH)3 composites were explored via analysis of the data from a uniform design experiments using SPSS software. When the weight ratio of ABS, 10,10′-(5H,5′H)-spiroblphenophosphazlnium, and AI(OH)3 in the composite was 100/22/18, excellent comprehensive properties were obtained. The notched, non-notched impact strengths, and tensile strength were 9.02 kJ/m^2, 24.7 kJ/m^2, and 32.80 MPa, respectively. The oxygen index was 26.1%, horizontal firing ranked |, and vertical firing ranked FV-0.
