摘要
围绕等壁厚螺杆钻具定子螺旋槽的加工问题,在分析了螺杆钻具定子螺旋曲线的特点及加工方法的基础上,确定采用铣削加工进行粗加工,然后采用拉削进行成形加工的方法进行螺杆钻具定子螺旋槽的加工,并对拉刀进行了设计计算。
In this paper, on the problems of stator screw drill spiral groove processing such as wall thickness, and based on the analysis of the spiral screw drill stator curve characteristics and processing methods based on the milling process, rough machining, and then broaching processing for forming the stator screw drill program spiral groove processing are determined, and broach is carried out in detailed design and calculation.
