摘要 随着先进纸机的引进,自动化程度的不断提高,其自动阀全部采用气动控制,对压缩空气的需求量很大。压缩空气系统由过去的分散控制、无计量定额管理通过技术改造实现了集中联网恒压控制,根据需求量自动投入或解除运行,节约电能,提高效率。 Along with the introduction of advanced paper machine and the improvement of auto- control level, the requirement of compressed air increased as all of the auto - control valves being pneumatic. After the reconstruction, the compressed air system turned into centralized networking and isopiestic pressure via technical, instead of separated control and no ration management. According to the required amount, compressed air system can run or stop automaticly. It can save energy and promote efficiency.
