摘要
本文以西安、杨凌非上市农业高新技术企业知识员工为实证研究对象,通过网络调查与问卷调查相比较、相印证的方法,归纳出知识员工关心的激励因素,论证了知识员工由于个体背景的不同而对待激励因素的差异,并与有代表性的中外知识员工激励因素研究成果进行了比较分析。
The study takes the agricultural high - tech enterprise in Xi'an and Yang Ling as objects , and puts forward the motivation factors that the knowledge workers care about through network inquirie,questionaire and comparative method. It also analyzes differences produced to the motivation factors caused by different individual backgrounds of knowledge workers and compares the Chinese and foreign representative study of motivation factors of knowledge workers.
