摘要
通过对煤气炉熔化液体料生产5A06铝合金扁铸锭与电炉自投固体料熔化生产铸锭,进行全分析、力学性能、成品板材探伤各个方面对比,确定用煤气炉熔化料生产的5A06成品板材能否满足用户的使用要求。
The comparisons between the 5A06 aluminium alloy flat ingot produced by gas furnace melting alloy liquid ＆ the flat ingot produced by electro-furnace self melting soliod metals are done. Their components, mechanical properties and finish sheet produt＇s qualities are examined and compared. The results show that the 5A06 aluminium alloy fiat ingots produced by gas furnace melting alloy liquid can meet technology standard＇s need and consumer＇s need.
