摘要 分析了用熔配法制备Al-10Ce中间合金的工艺参数,并进一步确定了参数选择的可行性和合理性。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等方法研究Al-10Ce中间合金对α-Al变质的长效性和重熔稳定性,并与钠盐变质进行对比。结果表明,用Al-10Ce中间合金对α-Al进行变质,可取得较好的变质效果,变质持续时间比钠盐变质剂的更长久,且具有更好的重熔稳定性。 Al-10Ce master alloy is prepared by the mix-melting method. The following parameters is discussed: effects of melting temperature, dissolving time, means of stirring. Test and analyze actual parameter of the mix-mehing method preparation of Al-10Ce alloy technology and confirm the parameter of the feasibility and reasonability of above-mentioned election. The lasting modification and the remelting modification effects of Al-10Ce master alloys on α-Al are investigated by means of the optics microscope and X-ray diffraction, and compared with the sodium salt modification effect. The experimental results indicate that there is an excellent modification effect with the proper addition of Al-10Ce master alloy in α-Al. The modification effect of Al-10Ce master alloy can hold longer time and better remehing modification stability than that of sodium salt.
