摘要 由微机控制的新型钻头刃磨机具有六根受计算机控制的运动轴。根据给定的钻头几何参数,利用微机计算出相应的刃磨参数,通过控制软件设计,可以刃磨多种钻型且具有较高的几何精度和重复精度,经刃磨试验表明该机床可以广泛用于制造领域内的钻头刃磨。 A new type of six-axis CNC drill grinding machine has been developed. The calculations required for converting the drill specifications into the proper position and motion parameters are carried out by a microcomputer. The control hardware and software inake the machine flexible, versatile and capable of grinding a variety of drill points with a high degree of accuracy and repeat ability. According to the mathematical models of twist and rnultifacet drills (MED'S), web thinning, multifacet drill and three point-drill grinding experiments have been conducted in this prototype machine. The experiments show that the design methodology and the new machine can be widely used for drill grinding in the field of manufacturing engineering. The machine has the potential to be used to grind other kinds of cutting tools.
