摘要
本文探讨了如何将交互式图形理论同二坐标数控程序的编制集成为一体,并发展了自动编程的软件包AUTOP。 研究表明,用交互式图形进行二维数控程序编制,具有良好的透明性和用户界面;应用动态仿真算法,具有形象,快速和准确的优点;在二坐标方面,可以用交互式图形数控程序自动编程系统来取代APT语言。
This paper deals with the integration of interactive graphics principles wtih 2D NC machining programming techniques and development of a software package-AUTOP for automatic programming.The research shows that- applying interactive graphics to 2D NC programming can provide good transparence and good users interface;the principle and the method of realization have been discussed in detail. The dynamic simulation of machining process has been proved to be fast, picturesque and accurate. For 2D NC programming, APT can be replaced by automatically interactive graphics system without additional cost.The development of AUTOP will be of great help to 2D NC machining programming.
