转炉特钢流程连铸-轧钢生产排产系统 被引量:8

Production plan schedule for the casting-rolling process in BOF special steel plants

摘要 针对转炉特钢流程轧钢工序、连铸工序的生产特点,对轧制计划规则生成进行了描述,提出了基于规则的轧钢生产计划排产启发式算法,给出了详细求解步骤.在分析实际生产状况的基础上,对连铸浇次计划生成规则进行了描述,建立了连铸浇次最优化模型,同时对生产排产系统进行了总体设计和技术架构.运用Delphi7.0和SQL Server2000开发了生产排产系统,并应用于中型转炉特钢厂,实践证明模型实用可靠,系统通用性强. According to the characteristics of the rolling and casting process in BOF special steel plants, the rolling plan compiling rules were described. The heuristic algorithm based on the rules for rolling production planning optimization was put forward, and some procedures to make the plan were given out in detail. On the basis of the analysis of real production state, cast plan compiling rules were described, and the model of cast plan optimization was established. Moreover, the overall design and technology realization of a production planning system were processed. By using Delphi 7.0 and SQL Server2000, the production planning system was developed and applied to one medium-sized converter special steel plant, and its practicality, reliability and versatility were proved in practice.
