摘要
针对某湖底隧道敞开段C30清水混凝土的配合比设计,采用图像处理技术定量评价清水混凝土的外观质量,研究分析了砂率、胶凝材料用量、矿物掺合料等配合比参数对混凝土外观质量的影响,并根据试验结果确定了该隧道清水混凝土的基础配合比。研究结果表明,适当增加砂率、提高胶凝材料用量以及双掺矿物掺合料可以改善混凝土外观质量。
Considering the proportion design of C30 clear water concrete for the exposed section of an under-lake tunnel, utilizing photographic treatment technique to qualitatively asses the appearance quality of the clear water concrete, the paper studied the influence of sand percentage, amount of gel material, mineral admixture etc. on the appearance quality of the concrete, determined according to the test results the basic proportions of the clear concrete of the tunnel. Results of tests indicated, increasing properly the sand percentage, the amount of gel materials and mineral admixture can improve the appearance quality of the concrete.
