普通变异型免疫缺陷病患儿血清IgG亚类检测及其意义 被引量：2

摘要 应用扩散免疫测定法检测7例普通变异型免疫缺陷病(CVID)患儿血清IgG亚类。结果:所有病例血清IgG1均低于正常值2～4倍,IgG3亦均低下,5例IgG2低下,IgG4均在正常范围。认为CVID患者血清IgG亚类缺陷与感染有关,其感染易感性与IgG各亚类的综合变化有关,对CVID患者血清IgG亚类的检测有助于判断其临床易感性及各病例中的异质情况。
