摘要
采用酸性溶胶法在碳纳米管(CNT)上负载纳米TiO2颗粒,制备了CNT-TiO2修饰电极,利用TiO2与辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)间的静电吸附及TiO2与羧基的高反应特性,实现了HRP在CNT-TiO2修饰电极表面的固定。实验发现,该生物传感器对邻氨基苯酚过氧化氢溶液的氧化还原有很好的催化作用,利用苯肼对HRP的抑制作用实现了对环境污染物苯肼的检测。该生物传感器寿命长,性能稳定且可以重复使用。
The composite material of nanometer TiO2 decorated carbon nanotubes (CNT-TiO2 ) was prepared by acid sol method. Horseradish peroxidase was successfully immobilized on CNT-TiO2 modified gold electrode (HRP/CNT-TiO2/ Au). Orthoaminophenol was chosen as the electron mediator in the system. The results showed that the modified electrode displayed excellent electrocatalytical response to the o-aminophenol H2 O2 . A novel inhibition based biosensor of HRP for phenylhydrazine detection is described. The response of the sensor is based on the eleetrocatalytic current redox by inhibitory effect of phenylhydrazine on HRP sensor. The performance of the sensor and the optimum experimental conditions are studied. And the sensor exhibits a better stability and reproducibility.
