我国群众体育效率与公平的实现机制研究

Study of Realization Mechanism on Efficiency and Fairness of Sports for All in China

在回顾我国群众体育发展历史基础上,从效率与公平的视角对群众体育现状进行了考察,并在管理体制、体育人口、健身路径等方面进行了分析。经研究后提出群众体育关于效率与公平的协调发展观点,在管理职能分工、管理方式创新等层面提出实现群众体育的效率与公平的统一,为群众体育发展提供理论依据。

The efficiency and fairness are always research area in many fields, and also focus of sports for all. It is considered that sports for all is a mixed system of public goods and private supply making out opinion about sports for all character by economics theory after accurately understanding their dialectic relationships. On the basis of review the developing history of our sports for all and from the angle of efficiency and fairness, this paper analyzes the management system, sports population and fitness route, put forwards the harmonious development on efficiency and fairness in the realization unification, management function labor distribution and management mode innovation in order to provide theoretical basis for sports for all development.
