石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蜂胶中铅 被引量:4

摘要 用浓硝酸与浓高氯酸混合液消解蜂胶试样,待试液呈无色或浅黄色时继续蒸发至冒高氯酸白烟,冷却,用0.5mol·L^-1硝酸定量稀释后,试液用于石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。工作曲线的线性回归方程为A=0.0016C+0.0063(r=0.9998),方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.04mg·kg^-1。对蜂胶实样作了分析,铅测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.0%,回收试验结果在76.0%~105.0%之间。 Sample of propolis was digested with conc. HNO3 and conc. HClO4 mixture, until the color of solution turned to colorless or light yellow and fumed with HClO4. The solution was diluted with 0. 5 mol · L^-1 HNO3 and used for AAS determination. Linear regression equation of the calibration curve was found as A = 0. 001 6 C+0. 006 3 (r=0. 999 8). Detection limit (S/N=3) of the method was found to be 0. 04 mg · kg^- 1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of substantial samples for the lead contents, giving value of RSD (n= 6) 1.0%, and values of recovery in the range from 76.0%-105.0%.
