摘要
苯胺的电化学氧化产物可被富集在经电化学活化预处理的玻碳电极上,在稀硫酸溶液中,富集物于+0.4^+0.5 V(vs.SCE)内产生一对峰形良好的氧化还原峰,利用该氧化还原峰建立了伏安法测定苯胺的方法。在最佳试验条件下,方法的线性范围为1×10-7~1×10-5mol.L-1;当富集时间为5 min和富集电位为+1.2 V(vs.SCE)时,方法的检出限达5×10-8mol.L-1。用此方法测定了工业废水和河水样品中苯胺类物质,测得结果与国家标准方法的测定结果一致。
In an acidic medium of dil. H2SO4, the oxidation product of aniline was enriched on the electrochemically activated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) at potentials ranging from +0. 4 V to +0. 5 V (vs. SCE), and a well-defined redox peak was observed. Linear relationship was found between the magnitude of peak current and concentration of aniline in the range of 1 × 10^-7 - 1 × 10^-5 mol·L^-1 under the optimum experimental conditions. When the time of enrichment at C-CE was 5 rain and the enrichment potential was +1.2 V (vs. SCE), a detection limit of 5× 10^-8mol· L^-1 was obtained. The proposed method was used in the determination of aniline in samples of industrial waste water and river water, giving results in consistency with the results obtained by the GB standard method.
