摘要 对采用2.25Cr1Mo钢制成的螺纹承压环、封头、接管和法兰上截取的试样进行晶粒度等级评定及夹杂物形态和分布的研究。研究表明,封头和接管处晶粒度等级较高,四个部位试样的晶粒度等级均满足要求,夹杂物以细小的氧化物为主,有少量的硫化物,无硅酸盐类夹杂物,并且夹杂物呈独立分布。 The test sample were intercepted from thread bearing circle, end plate, connecter and flange of equipment in order to assessment grain size and shape of inclusion. The grain size was higher in flange and connector, but grain size of four positions satisfied criteria, there were small oxide inclusion and little sulfide, the inclusion distributed independently.
