以薄、脆快冷钕铁硼厚带(平均厚度为0.3mm)试样的制作为例,详细描述了软、薄、脆类材料金相试样的牙托粉冷镶制作方法、过程与技巧,指出冷镶制作中常见的问题及解决办法和试样磨抛过程中的注意事项。
As an example, the preparation of metallographic specimen of thin and brittle NdFeB strips with cool mosaic method is introduced. The typical problems and the solutions of the cool mosaic method and what should be noticed in polishing are pointed out.
