摘要
某石油设备公司生产的注水井口卡箍在工作过程中突然断裂。采用断口分析、化学成分分析、金相分析和硬度检验等方法,对断裂的注水井口卡箍进行了综合分析。结果表明,该铸钢卡箍在加工时没有按工艺要求进行调质热处理,铸件内部存在严重的热裂纹,大大降低了卡箍的承载能力,在工作应力作用下沿着热裂纹突然断裂。
The clip hoop of pours water well head broke suddenly in the work process. The integrative analysis was carried out by use of fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallography analysis and hardness examination. Result showed that the heat treatment to adjust the quality was not made, that was due to the heat crack and the depressed carrying capacity, thus the clip hoop fractured by the work stress.
