摘要
近几年来,拉美国家在经济、政治领域取得了令人瞩目的成就,但仍然存在不少问题,其发展前景取决于五大内在因素和两大外在因素的作用。拉美国家只有扬长避短,趋利避害,才能在全球化的历史潮流中为自己找到适当的位置,最大限度地从中受益。
The past several years have witnessed a great achievement in economy and politics in Latin America,but many problems still exist. The development prospect of Latin America depends on five inside factors and two outside factors. Only through fostering strengths and circumventing weaknesses can Latin America find an appropriate position with the historic trend of globalization and benefit from it in a maximum way.
