地塞米松灭滴灵糊剂治疗化学性尖周炎的疗效观察

The therapeutic effect of dexamethasone-metronidazole paste on chemical periapical periodontitis

对89颗经临床确诊为化学性尖周炎的下颌后磨牙,经手工根管预备后分别封入地灭糊剂(实验组)或碘仿糊剂(加服或不加服地塞米松片、灭滴灵片,对照组),观察并比较治疗效果。结果表明,实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),说明地灭糊剂能有效治疗化学性尖周炎。

89 mandibular molars diagnosed as chemical periapical periodontitis were included. Dexamethasone-metronidazole paste （for test group） and iodoform paste （for referred group, take or not take dexamethasone or metronidazole orally） were separately sealed into root canal after hand preparation. The clinical effect was observed. Test group showed a statistically higher validity compared with referred group （P 〈 0. 05）. Dexamethasone-metronidazole paste is effective for chemical periapical periodontitis used as intracanal medication.
