碳/碳复合材料表面声电沉积磷酸钙生物活性涂层过程建模

Modeling Deposition Process of Calcium Phosphate Coating on C/C by Sonoelectrodeposition Technique

摘要 声电沉积是一种非线性涂层制备生物活性磷酸钙的新方法,然而目前关于该方法的机理还不清楚。文章采用声电沉积法在C/C表面制备了磷酸钙涂层,结合实验过程,给出了声电沉积磷酸钙涂层的物理模型,并给出了沉积过程中受扩散过程控制的动力学方程,设计了相应的实验,证实阴极声电沉积生物活性钙磷速率主要由溶液中的离子向阴极表面扩散所控制。 Sonoelectrodeposition is a non-line technique for coating bioactive phosphate, however, the mechanism of this method is unknown. In the paper, calcium phosphate coatings was prepared by sonoelectrodeposition. According to the procedure of depositing calcium phosphate, the relevant mathematical model and the experiments to identify the physical and mathematical models were given. The identified experiment was designed. It was confirmed that the models were reasonable and the procedure of calcium phosphate coating formation by SED was mainly controlled by ion diffusion in the electrolyte.
