摘要
使用甲基丙烯酸表面改性纳米碳酸钙,并研究改性碳酸钙对氯丁橡胶物理性能(拉伸强度、撕裂强度、伸长率、应力弛豫)及抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:甲基丙烯酸改性纳米碳酸钙能明显增大氯丁橡胶的撕裂强度,提高其体积电阻率和介质损耗,并改善其抗老化性能。但改性纳米碳酸钙会延长硫化氯丁橡胶体系硫化时间,且对其体系的补强作用只限于一定范围。
The paper used methacrylic acid to modify nano-calcium carbonate and modified nano-calcium carbonate filled with chloroprene rubber. The effect of modified nano-calcium carbonate on the vulcanizing and mechanical properties of chloroprene rubber, such as tensile strength, tear strength and percentage elongation, was investigated. The results showed that modified nano-calcium carbonate enhanced its tear strength, raised its volume resistivity and dielectric loss and prolonged its vulcanizing time. But its tensile strength was only enhanced in the limited range.
