摘要
将常规培养模式和特色培养模式相结合,探索生物化工创新人才的培养模式。该模式以培养创新人才为目标,在常规培养模式的基础上,围绕着特色班创新制度和创新人才的选拔,教师创新活动及课程设置等因素,逐步形成了生物化工创新人才培养模式。该模式对培养适应新形势的高素质人才具有重要意义。
For cultivating biochemical engineering innovative talents, the special cultivation mode was used in cultivation combing on general cultivation mode. We focused on the cultivation of innovative talents, based on selecting talents, teacher's innovation activities, course reform which gradually formed our own mode of cultivation of innovative talents in Biochemical engineering. That was of great significance to cultivating high-quality talents who can adapt to the new situation.
