摘要
针对氨冷凝器冷却水系统水处理存在的冷却效果差和腐蚀问题,提出水质处理的优化方案,总结了优化前后的水处理效果,结果表明:使用新方案后,氨冷凝器的冷却效果得到明显的改善,冷凝排气压力降低,氨排压4机运行时为1.27~1.41 MPa,3机运行时为1.19~1.31 MPa,达到了安全、节能的目的。
In accordance with the problems such as lower cooling effect and corrosion of the water treatment of the cooling water system of ammonia condenser, the water treatment program of the water quality was optimized, and the water treatment effect before and after the program were summarized. The results showed the cooling effect of ammonia condenser was improved obviously, the ammonia exhaust pressure of condenser 4 was 1.27- 1.41 MPa when operation, while the condenser 3 was 1.19- 1.31 MPa, and more energy was saved after using the new program.
