摘要 文章建立了一种利用反相高效液相色谱测定二硫氰基甲烷含量的方法。色谱柱为C18反相柱,流动相为60/40(体积比)的乙腈/水,柱温为室温,流速为0.9 mL/min。采用外标法定量。实验结果表明,该方法的标准偏差为0.27%,变异系数为0.28%,平均回收率为99.6%,线性相关系数为0.9999,呈良好的线性关系,该方法操作简单、快速、准确,是用于生产控制的较理想的测定方法。 An analytical method was developed for determining methylene dithioyanate by high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic analysis was carried out on an ODS C18 reversed-phase column in the condition of room temperature. The mobile phase was acetonitrile plus water (60/40 by volume). The flow rate was 0.9 mL per minute, the analysis could finish in 6 min. It was quantified by external standard method, the results showed that standard deviation was 0.27 %, the coefficient of variation was 0.28 %, and the average recovery was 99.6 %. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999, there existed a good linear relationship concentration of methylene dithiocyanate with peak areas. The method can work simply, quickly and correctly, therefore it was a more preferable test method which can be used in controlling production.
