摘要
目的:观察运动、利骨素和药物(尼尔雌醇,CCE3)预防去卵巢大鼠骨矿物元素代谢失衡的协同作用。方法:将健康4月龄雌性SD大鼠30只随机分成5组:假去卵巢组(A)、去卵巢组(B)、去卵巢+CCE3(全量)组(C)、去卵巢+CCE3(半量)+利骨素组(D)和去卵巢+CCE3(半量)+利骨素+运动组(E)。CCE3全量按0.6ml/100g体重灌胃,利骨素混悬液按3.0ml/kg体重灌胃,运动用大鼠专用跑台中等强度,即每天连续匀速跑45min,16m/min,跑道倾角0°,持续10周。采用IRIS/AP等离子体发射光谱仪测定各组大鼠骨矿物元素含量。结果:B组大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Mn、Zn含量显著低于A组(P<0.05)。C组、D组和E组大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Mn、Zn含量显著高于B组(P<0.05),C组和E组骨P含量显著低于B组(P<0.05)。E组大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Co、Mn含量显著高于C组和D组(P<0.05)。结论:运动、利骨素和CCE3对预防去卵巢大鼠骨矿物元素代谢失衡有协同作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ligusu(LGS,made of conch and skeleton of halobios,containing elements of Ca, Mg, Zn, S, Co, Mn, etc), nylestrioand (CCE3) and exercise (EX) on the bone mineral element metabolism in ovariectomized(OVX)rats. Methods Thirty female SD rats were divided into 5 groups: (1)group A: sham ovraiectomy; (2) group B : OVX ; (3) group C: supplementing CCE3 after OVX ; (4) group D: supplementing CCE3 and LGS after OVX;(5)group E: supplementing CCE3 and LGS plus exercise after OVX. Dose of CCE3 was 0.6ml/100g BW, intragastric administration. Dose of LGS was 3.0ml/kg BW, intragastric administration. Rats ran on treadmill for 45min with the speed of 16m/min each day. The changes in bone mineral element were observed. Results Ca,S,Mg,Mn and Zn in the bone in group B were significantly lower than that in group A(P〈0.05) ;Ca,S,Mg,Mn,Zn and P in the bone in groups C and D were significantly higher than that in group B(P〈0.05) ;Ca, S, Mg,Co and Mn in bone in group E were significantly higher than that in groups C and D(P〈0.05). Conclusion LGS,CCF3 and exercise revealed synergistic effect on bone mineral element metabolism in ovariectomized rats.
