浅析网上银行业务的发展及风险控制

On Business Development and Risk Control of Net Bank

我国加入WTO以后,金融业务发展迅速,特别是网上银行发展的规模越来越大,但随着网上银行的快速发展,网上银行的风险日益显露出来。鉴于客户群体存在的知识差距及网络建设还相对滞后等问题,应采取内部治理和外部治理相结合的措施来防范网上银行的风险,同时加快完善立法步伐,促进网上银行的健康发展。

After our country entered WTO, financial businesses, esp. net banks, have developed in large scale. With the development of＂ net banks, the risks and problems have appeared, such as the poor knowledge of customers, the bad construction of＂ network etc. We should combine inside and outside management together to control the risks, improve law construction and help the healthy development of net banks.
