摘要
选用活性炭织物ACF507,利用热喷涂技术进行表面镀镍处理,研究了处理前后炭织物的电化学性能。结果表明,镀镍后活性炭织物表面电导率提高42.53%,其作为双电层电容器电极材料在质量分数为30%KOH电解液中的Res由1.15Ω降至0.42Ω,降幅达63.5%;随电流密度增加,镀镍样品的VIR增加幅度较镀镍前降低70.6%,导电性显著提高。在不同扫描速率下,镀镍后样品循环伏安曲线均呈明显的矩形电势窗口,说明其具有良好的电容行为和双电层特征。
Activated carbon fabric ACF507 was treated with nickel plating. The influence of nickel plating on the electrochemical performance of the samples was investigated. Results show that nickel plating could improve the surface electrical conductivity above 42.53%, and used as the electrode of electrical double layer capacitor (EDLC), its Res decrease from 1.15 Ω to 0.42 Ω in 30%(mass fraction) KOH electrolyte. At the same time, with the increase of current density, VIR of the sample plated Ni increasing amplitude decreases 70.6% than no plated Ni. The cyclic voltammetry curves of the treated sample show the shape of rectangle at the different scanning rate, which indicate that the nickel plating treatment could enhance the performance of capacitor.
