试论转型期农村体育发展的运行机制

Discussion on Operation Mechanism of Rural Sport Development during the Transfer Period

我国政府将"三农问题"列为重点发展和解决的问题,在提高人口素质、全面建设小康社会这一时代背景下。笔者试图在前人有关社会运行机制研究的基础上,对转型期农村体育发展运行机制进行较为全面、较为系统的研究,为发展农村体育提供一个初步的运行机制轮廓,期望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。

The issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers have been particularly solved and developed by Chinese government under the background of improving the health of people and building well - off society in an all - round way. Based on former research on social operation mechanism, this paper makes comprehensive and systematic study on operation mechanism of rural sport development during the transfer period. The main purpose is to provide an elementary outline of operation mechanism to develop rural sports.
