中国击剑队运动员大脑处理信息能力诊断及个性化心理调控对策 被引量:8

摘要 以中国击剑队备战2008年奥运会的重点运动员为研究对象,借助脑像图技术(EE- QG)诊断运动员大脑处理信息的综合能力,并依此制定重点运动员的个性化心理调控对策。结果显示:左前、右前脑是中国击剑队运动员双侧脑匹配中的典型模式;运动等级、性别、剑种和训练年限4因素对运动员大脑整体处理信息的能力无影响;运动员脑功能主要技术参数匹配模式包括3种,Ⅰ型占比例最高(55.5%),Ⅱ型占比例为25%,Ⅲ型占19.5%;2006年国际剑联排名积分列前10位的6名运动员脑像图主要技术指标匹配模式涉及Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ型各两人。单一脑功能技术指标高低不能决定大脑整体处理信息能力,技术指标协调匹配才能发挥脑的潜能,高效率处理信息。针对2008年奥运会冲击奖牌重点运动员脑功能匹配模式特点提出3类个性化心理调控对策。 In the study, EEQG was adopted to investigate the elite fencing athletes of china national fencing team who are preparing for the Olympic Games in 2008 and diagnose these athletes' brain ability of information processing. Therefore, the strategies of regulating and controlling characteristic psychology will be designed for the elite fencing athletes. The result shows that the front-left and front-right cerebrum is the typical pattern of the match of bilateral cerebrum. Different sport levels, gender, fencing kind and the training years have no influence on brain ability of information processing. The matching patterns of the main technical parameter about functions of Athletes' brain include the following three kinds:pattern Ⅰ accounts for the highest proportion (55.5 percent), pattern Ⅱ accounts for 25 percent, pattern Ⅲ accounts for 19.5 percent. EEQG main technical index matching pattern of six athletes who ranked into the first ten athletes in the International fencing association in 2006 involves Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ pattern and each pattern has two athletes. The high or low technical index of single brain's functions can not determine the brain ability of information processing. The coordination and match of technical index can give full play to athletes ' potential and process the information efficiently. Based on characteristics of match pattern of brain function of elite athlete competing for medals in 2008, three individual mental control strategies are put forwarded.
