摘要 胰岛素样生长因子-I是一种多功能的细胞增殖调控因子,它在促损伤修复、肿瘤细胞增殖等方面具有重要的调控作用。本文介绍了胰岛素样生长因子-I的研究进展以及与运动的关系。 Insulin - like growth factor - Ⅰ ( IGF - Ⅰ) is multiple proliferation controlling factor of cells. It is required for normal fetal growth and development. This paper focuses on the process of the research for the insulin - like growth factor - Ⅰ and the relationship between the IGF - Ⅰ and exercise.
