The study on relation between LL-8 and formation of infiltration inflamatory cell in dermal

目的：研究白细胞介素8（IL──8）与银屑病真皮炎细胞聚集的关系。方法：使用免疫组化技术对银屑病进行IL──8及炎细胞定性测定。结果：发现真皮内炎细胞聚集处有IL──8的存在，炎细胞以T细胞为主。结论：IL──8与寻常型银屑病真皮内T细胞聚集有重要关系。

Objective In order to understand the relation beteen IL-8 and the formation of inflamatory cells infitration in dermal. Methods: Immunohistochemical study was carried out for cytokines IL-8 in dermal from 8 patients with psoriasis Reswlts, Some inflamtory cell are found express positive, and inflamtory cells are mainly T cell in dermal. Conctusion: We think IL-8 play an important role in formation of T cell infiltration in psoriasis.
