摘要
目的:使脑室造影立体定向手术与CT引导Leksell立体定向手术结合起来。方法:CT薄层扫描定位前连合(AC)和后联合(PC)并使之在同一层面,即AC-PC层面,以确定大脑原点在Leksell定向系统中的三维坐标值,并以此为依据,用数学方法将脑室造影立体定向手术的脑内靶点的三维坐标值,转换成Leksell定向系统的三维坐标值。结果:CT薄层扫描可容易获得AC-PC层面,通过数学方法使脑室造影立体定向手术与CT引导Leksell立体定向手术得以结合,在理论上是成立的。结论:脑室造影立体定向手术一旦与CT引导Leksell立体定向手术结合起来,将使病人减轻脑室造影的痛苦和并发症的发生,并使CT引导Leksell立体定向手术在功能神经外科领域得到更加广泛的应对。
objective: To combine cerebral chamber fphotograph stereotactic surgery with CT-guided leksell stereotactic surgery. methods. By applving CT thin layer scanning, to locate advanced point (AC) and post combination point (PC), making them (two points)lie in the some layer plane,ie, AC-PC plane,so as to determine the cerebral original point'S 3-Dim value in the leksell stereotactic system, and then, based on this, through mathematial approach, to comvert the 3-Dim coordinate value of the brain target in cerebral chamber, photograph stereotractic system. results: AC-PC layer plane is easily availabie from the CT thin layer scanninng, through mathematical approach, the cerebral chamber photograph stereotactic surgery can be combined with CT-guided leksell stereotactic surgery, this is tenable theortically. conclusion: lf the cerebral chamber photograph stereotactic surgery is successfully combined with CT-guided leksell stereotactic surgery, this will ease the patient's suffering from cerebral chamberphotographing and reduce occurals of his complications. Also, this will wake the CT-guided leksell stereotactic surgery be widely used in the field of functional nervous surgery.
