摘要
在模拟含二氧化碳气体的天然气气氛中,对X60管线钢、16MnR钢和20#钢静态挂片腐蚀试验,得出三种材料腐蚀速率从小到大的顺序为X60<16MnR<20#。随着温度升高挂片腐蚀速率加快且以点蚀为主,在60℃附近时腐蚀速率最大。当温度升至90℃时,均匀腐蚀开始产生,腐蚀产物膜形成。腐蚀产物主要由铁的氧化物(Fe2O3、FeO)、碳酸亚铁(FeCO3)及氢氧化铁(Fe(OH)2)等组成,对钢片起到一定的保护作用。
Abstract. The static corrosion of steels X60, 16MnR and 20^#was tested in the simulated atmosphere of natural gas containing CO2. The order of corrosion rates was X60〈16MnR〈20^#. The corrosion rate and pitting became serious with the increase of temperature. The maximum corrosion rate appeared at 60℃. It was uniform corrosion when the temperature got to 90℃. The corrosion product films consisting of ferric oxide(Fe2O3, FeO), ferrous carbonate(FeCO3 ) and ferrous hydroxide(Fe(OH) 2 ) had definite corrosion protection.
