摘要
采用电化学方法对304不锈钢表面着黑色工艺作了研究。在低温溶液中对不锈钢进行阳极处理,使其表面获得了黑色膜层,并对着色工艺中的主要影响因素作了试验研究。结果表明,通过条件优化可以在不锈钢表面获得均匀致密的结合良好的黑色膜层,溶液中成膜物质的浓度对膜层的附着力、耐磨性有较大的影响。文中对该方法的着色机理作了分析研究。
A black oxide film formation technology for stainless steel 304 has been developed by using electrochemical method in low temperature solution. The main factors affecting the blacking process were investigated. Results show that the concentrations of filming species have large effect on the film properties such as adhesion and wear resistance. A black film with uniform color and good adhesion can be formed by optimizing the blacking conditions of this new technology. The blacking mechanism is discussed.
