摘要
通过在配制粉料中添加SiO2和TiO2粉末,提高热喷涂的反应温度,由此改进了氧乙炔火焰反应热喷涂工艺。分析了喷涂后涂层的结合强度和耐磨性能,以及各加入成分的含量对涂层性能的影响,通过正交试验得出涂覆粉末的最佳配比。
Through the addition of SiO2 and TiO2 powders, the reaction temperature of thermal spraying increased, and the oxyacetylene flame chemical reaction thermal spraying technology was improved. The bond strength and abrasion-resistance of the coating, and the effect of addition content on coating performance were analyzed. The optimum ratio of coating powders was obtained through orthogonal experiments.
