髓系白血病细胞DNA非同源末端连接能力的检测 被引量:1

摘要 DNA双链断裂(double-strand break,DSB)是最致命的DNA损伤,在人类DSB最主要的修复方式是非同源末端连接(non-homologous end joining,NHEJ)。大部分DNA损伤都能修复,不能修复或不恰当的修复会造成基因变异、肿瘤发生和细胞死亡。对DNA修复机制的研究正日益受到重视,我们实验室建立了一个用于临床标本的DNA双链断裂修复能力的检测体系,并对白血病细胞和正常骨髓细胞进行了检测。
