Ad5F35-IκBα△N重组腺病毒在柔红霉素诱导HL-60细胞凋亡中的作用

摘要
柔红霉素(DNR)是治疗急性白血病的常用药物,可诱导白血病细胞凋亡。DNR也是多药耐药肿瘤细胞耐药谱中最具代表性的细胞毒药物,许多白血病细胞对DNR具有一定的耐药性,大大影响了白血病的治疗效果。NF-κB是细胞核内重要的转录因子,它的激活被认为是许多肿瘤细胞对化疗药物产生耐药性的关键因素。
