校本课程开发与教师专业发展

摘要 新课程改革提出了建立三级课程管理体制,倡导校本课程的开发。任何课程改革如果忽视了教师专业发展在其中的意义和价值,都会归于失败。校本课程开发为教师带来了新的挑战,教师专业发展水平已经成为制约校本课程开发的一个现实性问题。如何在校本课程开发中,使教师真正获得专业上的发展,以促使校本课程开发顺利进行是本文主要探讨的问题。
