本文合成了四氢叶酸模型化合物碘化1,2—二甲基—3—对甲氧苯磺酰基咪唑啉,模拟四氢叶酸甲酸氧化态的形式,进行了水解反应,发现此模型很好地模拟了四氢叶酸的行为,通过水解形成两种互变异构体化合物。

This Paper has synthesized 1,2 -dimethyl - 3-(P - methoxybenzenesulfonyl) imidaZOlinium iodide,which serves as tetrahydrpfolate models in terms of mimicking tetrahy-drofolate at the oxidation level of formate,It has been found that the model had mimicked the hydrolyze property of tetrahydrofolate and formed two-isomeric compounds.
