用视觉诱发电位双眼总和反映外斜视儿童的双眼视功能

VERBS reflecting binocular vision of exotropic children without amblyopia

本文对外斜视儿童VEPs的双眼总和(VERBS)进行了探讨。共测试正常对照组儿童47名,不伴有弱视的外斜视儿童39名,其中恒定性外斜视者23名,间歇性外斜视者16名。结果显示,恒定性外斜组及间歇性外斜组中VEPs测试时不能保持正位者的VERBS较正常对照组减小(P<0.01),说明VEPs的VERBS减小与眼位偏斜有关;恒定性外斜组VERBS小于间歇性外斜组(P<0.01),该结果与临床双眼视功能检查结果一致。故VERBS作为一种客观指标,能够正确反映外斜视儿童的双眼视功能状况。

VERBS were investigated in normal and exotropic children. 47 normal children as control and 39 exotropic children without amblyopia were involved in this study. Of the 39 exotropia, 23 were constant exotropia and 16 intermittent exotropia. The results showed that the VERBS of the children in constant exotropic group and having misalignment (luring measuring VEPs in intermittent exotropic group were smaller than those of control group (P<0. 01),The results indicated that VERBS was related with misalignment. The VERBS of the constant exotropic group was smaller than that of intermittent exotropic group (P<0. 01), this was consistent with the clinical examination of binocular vision. So,as a objective index,VERBS might reflected the state of binocular vision in exotropic children.
