摘要
农村基础教育课程改革,在管理上存在一种计划与市场的博弈关系,在实施中表现出"市场化设计、计划性操作"的特征,并暴露出计划无力、市场缺位的突出矛盾。农村基础教育课程改革的顺利推进,在管理上应强化"市场思维",使课程改革按"市场化设计、市场化操作"的思路发展。
In the curriculum reform of rural basic education exist the conflict between planning and market in terms of management with the characteristic of marketizing design and planning operation and the protruding contradiction of weak planning and absence of market. To ensure the smooth development of curriculum reform, we should enhance the concept of market in management, enabling the curriculum reform to develop based on the idea of marketizing design and marketizing operation.
