三种牙合板结合肌松剂治疗可复性关节盘前移位

Use three splints with Myonal in treatment of recurrent anterior disc displacement

目的：对松驰型牙合板、稳定型牙合板及调位牙合板结合肌松剂Ｍｙｏｎａｌ治疗可复性关节盘前移位的疗效观察。方法：临床分组治疗，随访。结果：松驰型牙合板、稳定型牙合板及调位牙合板分别对９例，１２例和１８例可复性盘前移位病例的弹响消除或明显减弱效果达８８．９％，７５．０１％，１００．０％，结合Ｍｙｏｎａｌ治疗，３９例患者关节疼痛消除或减弱，开口度增大至正常。结论：松驰牙合板、稳定型牙合板及调位牙合板对可复性盘前移位有较好的治疗作用。

patients with TMJ of recurrent anterior disc displacment (RADD) were evaluated for splint therapy in combination with muscle analgesic relaxant-Myonal. 9 patients were treated with relaxation splint, 12 patients with stabilization splint,and 18 patients with repositioning splint. The average treating time was 3.2 months, 7 months and 6.5 months respectively. The successful rates were 88.9%(8/9),75.0%(9/12)and100%(18/18)on the treatment of painful clicking, limitation of opening. The results indicated that all of the three splints have effect on the treatment of RADD.
