牙髓炎免疫细胞免疫反应初探

The preliminary study of immunological cells in pulpiti

本研究通过免疫组化手段检测牙髓炎中的各类免疫活性细胞。结果表明每份标本均有Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞，ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＲ浆细胞，肥大细胞，巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞等，因此免疫活性细胞或病变中存在的免疫反应与牙髓炎的发病有密切关素。

All kinds of immunological competent cells were tested by the way of immunohistochemistry in this study. As consequence, in each speciman, there were T,B lympnocytes, igG, igM, igB plasmicytes, mastocytes, macrophgocytes, neute granulocytes. These immunological competent cells appeared or disappeared with patholocical changes. So there are some close relations between immunological competent cells or immunological reaction existing in pathological changes and dental pulpitis.
