摘要
以二甲亚砜-高岭石插层复合物为前驱物,乙腈为插层剂,采用二步插层法制备了高岭石-乙腈复合材料。采用XRD、FTIR等分析技术对产物进行了表征。研究结果表明,插层后高岭石d(001)层间距由0.7094nm膨胀至1.097nm,插层率达67.9%;乙腈分子与高岭石的内表面羟基形成氢键,在高岭石层间可能以平行于高岭石层片方式排列。
Acetonitrile was intercalated into kaolinite by two-step method with kaolinite-DMSO as an intermediate The product was characterized by powder X-ray diffractometry (PXRD) and Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The experiments showed that the basal spacing of kaolinite-acetonitrile intercalation compound was 1. 097nm. The apparent intercalation of the product was 67.9% The presence of hydrogen bonding between the inner-surface hydroxyls of kaolinite and acetonitrile On the basis the basal spacing the kaolinite-acetonitrile intercalation compound,the acetonitrile appeared to be in an approximately parallel position.
