胰十二指肠切除术后营养支持策略探讨 被引量:3

摘要 营养支持治疗是影响胰十二指肠切除术(pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD)后患者预后转归情况的一个相当重要的因素,优化的营养支持策略对患者来说可以确切地改善临床预后。PD术后患者营养支持策略目前存在争议,本文试图就国内外针对PD术后患者进行营养支持治疗研究的现状及争议做一综述。
