摘要
图书馆的知识管理就是对图书馆的核心资源进行有效整合并将其转化为提高图书馆核心能力的过程。文章通过对两者的分析,提出在实施知识管理过程中来强力打造图书馆的核心能力。
The knowledge management in the library is a process of effectively integrating core resources of the library and transforming them into its core competence. Based on an analysis of the two abovementioned aspects, this paper attempts to advance the notion of enhancing the core competence of the library through the implementation of knowledge management.
